What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. Shoes must be unworn and in original box. However, if you have any questions feel free to bring the shoes in.
Do you speak Spanish?

How do I know what my shoe size is?
Come see us at our store location. Let our experts figure that out. We also have a foot scanner that will let you know what your pressure points are as well as your arch type.
Do you special order certain shoes?
Yes, if we are able to get the shoe we will. Feel free to give us a call at (661) 325-8751.
Do you do shoe repair?
No, we do not at this time.
Are you locally owned?
Yes, we are family owned and operated since 1953. You can read more about our history on

Do you have other locations?
Not at this time.
Do you do commercial accounts?
Yes. Please contact Dan at manager@guaranteeshoecenter.com for more information.
Do you do special orders?
Yes. Special orders are welcomed. Please see us in person to check availability.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available.
Are veteran discounts available?
Yes. We do give veterans a discount with a proper military ID.
